What are verified credits (and why your portfolio needs them)?
Verified credits let every collaborator confirm their role on a project. Here's how they work on CREATIVESPERM and why they matter more than likes.

A verified credit is a role on a project that the collaborator has confirmed themselves. When you post a project on CREATIVESPERM, you list who worked on it (say, an illustrator, a DOP and a copywriter). Each person gets an email and confirms their role in one click. Once they do, the credit shows a blue ✓ on the project and on both profiles.
Why not just list names?
Anyone can write "worked with X" in a caption. A client hiring you can't tell what you did versus what the team did. Verified credits answer that question directly:
- Who made what is visible on every project.
- Unconfirmed claims stay marked "Pending", so nobody can quietly take credit for someone else's work.
- Disputed credits are hidden until the author fixes the role.
How it works, step by step
- Publish a project and add collaborators: name, email and role.
- Each collaborator receives a link to confirm or say "that's not right".
- Confirmed credits get the blue ✓. If the author later changes a role, the credit goes back to Pending so the collaborator approves the new wording.
- Collaborators who join later see every credit sent to their email in Dashboard → Credits.
Credits over likes
Likes measure reach. Credits measure contribution. That's the bet behind CREATIVESPERM: portfolios judged on proof of work, with a "Work with me" button that starts a real conversation instead of a bidding war.
